Yeah didn't need the video to not buy a $100 refill or $200 lipstick LOL. But seriously it's so sad how you describe your life in LA and feeling like you had to spend on things like that and the hustle causing you to deprioritize other aspects of life. I'm sure so many feel that way and it's such a tragedy.
I started watching you well over a decade ago when I was a broke law school girlie. And I definitely became a workaholic for a few years until I finally figured out my priorities. I look at my much slower paced life on an acre in exurbia Ohio with my sweet little boy and thank my lucky stars I didn't continue down that path. That's the story to keep telling (IMHO. Especially how that hustle relates to addiction and always trying to fill that void. Anyway, it's great to see you showing up so much more authentically you (or at least as authentic as watching a yt video can be LOL.

I liked the last color that you wore. It may be that it just looked perfect with the eye look you had on but I’ll be honest. I hit not interested’ on all LV beauty reviews or swatch videos. I think the implications will be more devastating than it’s worth to let them think I’m interested. You caught me on this because they have foundations I would buy but I would not pay for a $160 lipstick. To each their own but I think $25 for a mac lipstick is expensive and the most I’d like to pay ever. Have I paid more Yes, I have a few westman Atliier matte lipsticks I paid $40 each for. Won’t do it again though. I’ll never go through them before they expire. Even if I were with people who would recognize the lipstick they’d find something else to look down on me for.

Status or not. sometimes our purchases are investments into our everyday lives. Am I making an excuse for a $195 lip stick with a boojy (spelling) no, certainly not. That’s out friggin ravenous BUT. To splurge and make yourself feel like the richest person on the planet. sometimes you just need the feels right
I don’t need another expensive hand bag ( can only use one at a time. the look, the smell, the texture, the weight, the warm hug from expensive leather is a luxury my partner doesn’t appreciate because he doesn’t understand. I don’t understand why he needs an 18 000$ air compressor but he requires it. It’s give and take.
At the end of the day, this world is insane. Do what fills your heart and makes you been with happiness. Thanks Tati

I got the Chanel blush 2 years ago. I still have it. I agree with the ridiculous price. It's not even my favourite blush. I really like Magic Hour by Tower28. It actually stays all day. I don't know how they managed to make a cream blush so long wearing, but I love it. I also have the Chanel water tint. Hate it. It is so drying; I have no words. I would like to own ONE very expensive lipstick one day just to see how long I have it and how long it's good. Right now, I'm surprised to say, I am liking the Selena Gomez lipstick in chocolate. It was on sale but I'd pay the regular price for it. It is actually very good. Better than Charlotte T.

Exactly agree. I do not get paying extreme amounts of money for some guy/or women's initials all over a bag, shoes, belt etc. WHY Only thing it's actually doing is making that person extermly wealthy. So they're laughing all the way to the bank. (I was into designer brands in my late twenties, then I smartened up but haven't sacrificed buying quality)

I have to say the red is INCREDIBLE on you! The other two were great too. NOT worth the price, no, but obviously very good quality, at least--and beautiful. That red is totally YOUR perfect red, though. My trick with red lipstick and food though--I sneakily take a napkin and gently swoop most of it off right before I start chowing down.

i don't get all this negativity. i'd rather buy 1ooo chanel lipsticks than a cheap-looking LV bag. As said chanel sells history and design. LV is just showing off w/o taste or style. you are the one that can actually afford such things. why all that hate then expensive yes. beautiful and good quality yes.

I personally liked the red from your LOC collection. I'm half certain I still have it haha. I know I habe Day Trip and Night Bird still though.
Yeah this price is ridiculous. I remember when the Louboutin lipsticks came out and though those were crazy. But at least those had full metal packaging and were somewhat more worth the price

Yes, lost your mind spending that much money on a lipstick. You know there are lower priced lipsticks that match. Also, my sunglasses are always crooked because I broke my nose a very long time ago and the bone set a bit off. Can’t tell just looking.

Try some red Chanel Le Rouge Duo, it's number one lipstick if you want red lips and go have Dinner! Works for me every time and people asking how my red lipstick stay on lips all day. Actually it's pretty hard to take it off

I prefer a lipstick bullet over other forms. So much easier to reapply when I’m out, I don’t even need a mirror. But I would never buy at that price! Thanks so much for your honesty
