Yet another Vogue video wherein nothing is learned about anything or anybody -- intentionally sarcastic or not. Maybe a joke is involved, insider perhaps, but, in reality, the joke is on us, using social media to deliver -entertainment-free- content like watching paint dry, only less riveting. There shouldn't be too much expectation, I suppose, since the producers create a magazine you flip through to look at the pictures without context or meaning. Vogue must believe viewership/readership hasn't an interest in real people doing real things in a relatable way -- even as a fantasy. Ms. Lawrence seems intelligent enough to know she is being objectified, keeps her sense of humor throughout, but, she should know her time is better spent elsewhere. F -
