Just because a certain style of clothes isn't -in- anymore, doesn't make it ugly. I will always wear what I feel good in. I don't care what anyone else thinks. Julia looks great now and she looked great on Seinfeld. I love most of her clothes on that show. If someone reads this, please just dress for you. If you love 80's fashion and big hair, go for it! If you like the 1940's sleek look with a wonderful fedora, wear it with pride. Be yourself. Don't ever bow to trends or worry about what others think. Live for you

Elaine always wore the most ghastly suffocating looking big flannel Laura Ingalls nightgowns with weird pleating and ruffles. My interpretation for Elaine would be wearing groovy lounge pajama-robe sets: hot pink satin, leopard spots, classic dark blue with white piping. It never made sense Elaine dragging one of those -long winter's nap- nightgowns to visit the Seinfelds in Florida. Even with the AC on she was gonna be sweatin!

She has curated a lack of confidence into a personality. Also it is unacceptable for women to accept wearing uncomfortable clothes or shoes that hurt or physically restrict them. I don-t care who the designer is, if the woman you-re designing for can-t wear it safely, you failed.

her on the show is an enigma, as it was the 90s a strange fashion decade, but she was kind of all over the place and didnt dress as good as she could have. she wasnt a tomboy but her only friends were kooky people, yet she was getting a lot of men in bed.

The floral dress and the black heavy shoes just looks like every single girl in the early 90s, the grunge thing, although I never associated that with Elaine before. If they'd been combat boots it would've been 100%
