'tis the season. fresh Whitetail Deer Venison sliced up off a roast, marinated and then grilled for snacking at the Pit. Walter P: have yall ever done a recipe on curing and smoking your own bacon? I saw yall had a video on pork belly, but couldn't find anything on bacon. I have liked several of your other recipes and would love to see a few bacon recipes, from the curing process to the smoking.

I don't get why the marinade was rinsed off. Usually I have such great comments for the barbecue pit boys, but I am questioning this type of procedure. Nothing but love for you though nothing but love
