Should be called ''basics for American millionares'' I reckon he sould just use a normal grill, as in grids over charcoal if he wants to call it basics. I like Babish but this is kinda insulting and more of a commercial.

Your accurate pronunciations annoy me. I go out of my way to mispronounce overblown words, and any words in languages that are intrinsically pretentious and prideful. French is often a primary target.

A tip: using pieces of animal fat on both ends of the skewer makes the kebab infinitely better. Perhaps one or two in the middle too.
