I made this and it turned out great. I used my own filling instead of the pepperoni though. I love how the crust is crunchy on the outside but soft and light on the inside. However, I failed to spread the dough. It kept springing back to a smaller and thicker form. I hesitated to use to a rolling pin because I didn't want to deflate the dough. Any ideas on how I can spread the dough?

Can someone help me with what I did wrong. When I put the dough in the pan it didn't double in size after a little over an hour. Also it didn't really taste great, the dough was crisp and oily but not really tasty, the sauce was mediocre. I don't really know what to do I am not super experienced cooking, (I am 17)

I use sausage on my cast iron pizza, cook the sausage and put to the side, put the dough in the hot pan and freezer while you dress it with the heat on low, by the time it's assembled the bottom is a beautiful golden brown, after cooking the crust is incredibly crisp underneath.

Hey, just figured I'd ask here, but if you were just making one pizza at a time with this recipe, could you freeze the other half of the bread dough? Or is it really only usable right away?

This is literally the WORST pizza recipe ever. Have tried it twice and absolutely failed twice. I recommend you save yourself the time and effort with this one.
