Hey, guys, here's a video on how to make fish. In it, I'll focus on how to cook breadcrumbs and fries, neither of which is fish. Oh, did you expect some technique on properly cooking fish? Nah, just take a perfectly good salmon fillet, slather some garbage on it, stick it in the oven, I guess, I dunno.

The other night, I did some tilapia on the stove. Afterwards I added my onions then garlic garlic. Afterwards I added some olive oil and flour to make a roux then deglazed with milk and chicken stock. I finished with some butter and parsley. It was delicious.

Brit here: if you want your chips to not be greasy you really need to start with hot oil. The beer batter is always a good call. Lastly if you want those chips to pop then get some ghee in the oil. Gotta trust me on that ghee, it does good things to chips!

To be fair, if you want to go properly English for the measurement of your chips it's best to employ a confusing and totally illogical mixture of metric and imperial units, as we in the UK still haven't quite made our mind up which one we use.

When babby said, what if its Friday night and you want the badder side of fish and he introduced fish and chips.
What he meant was the batter side of fish. and I dont feel that witty banter received the love it deserves.

If its light flakey fish. I fry it. If its heavy fish then it deserves to be baked or grilled. I never ever stew or boil fish ever.
