How to upgrade first upgrade that shell to a yellow corn tortilla you fry yourself (lightly fry)and thin spaghetti with good jar sauce, skip meat balls altogether or make it ground beef in the sauce then while constructing it do shell, sour cream, spaghetti and top it with powdered Parmesan cheese. Its oddly amazing.

It works just as well with Alfredo sauce and cheddar cheese. Trust me. Boil the noodles, pour that sauce into the pot, add some shreddie cheddar and you got an awesome taco
