But of course you don't have to buy the kit, the full ingredients list is below so you can still bake along with me at home. Please share your photos with me over on Instagram, tag me sallydells and of course cupcakejemma so she can see what you are all up to whilst she's on maternity leave and remember to use the tag #cupcakejemma For the Oreo Cupcake sponge 125ml Buttermilk (see link below to make your own) 125ml Cold Coffee 105ml Vegetable or Sunflower Oil 2 Small Eggs 185g Caster Sugar 140g Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 35g Cocoa - I use Black Cocoa for that extra intensity 40g Chocolate Chips For the Filling: 100ml Double Cream 1tsp Icing Sugar For the Oreo Buttercream: 200g Softened Unsalted Butter 320g Icing Sugar 3tbsp Whole Milk 75g Oreo Crumbs 50g Melted Chocolate

Silly question if someone could help me out. How many spoons of instant coffee per millilitres of water would you use. I often see recipes with 100 mls of coffee for example but what's the coffee to water ratio?
