Hi Jenna I live in America, so I have trouble making your amazing things because it's difficult for me to try and convert the ingredients from grams to cups etc. One time I made one of your cupcakes and it just did not turn out right, and I think it was because I didn't do the conversions right. So could you possibly put the cups etc. conversions with the recipes? thanks

Hello Jemma, I have a question for you. With regards to buttercream frosting, how long can you leave it before putting it onto your cupcakes? is there a limited amount of time that one has when the have made their buttercream whilst waiting for the cupcakes to cool down? looking forward to hearing from you, Akter x

I had to pull out the electric beaters for the spilt white chocolate I almost gave up hope but a good 5 mins on high with electric beaters made the white chocolate and butter/cream mixture come together beautifully. (I made double quantity, hense more elbow grease needed)

Jemma, when you melted the chocolate for the outter coating. How did you do it? Did you just melt the chocolate on its own or did you add anything to it? Because yours came out beautifully Every time I melt the chocolate down for the outside coating it doesn't set well.

everytime I melt white chocolate it gets all clumpy and just doesn't work out. how do you melt it and have it all smoothe a creamy? I do the double boil thing and I put a little coconut oil in it but it never works. I'm I using the wrong brand or something?

Love these videos, thank you so much When I go to dip the truffle in the chocolate it melts. What temperature should the dipping chocolate be? It seems like it gets too thick to dip the cooler it gets which is obvious so clearly I'm missing something

Could I heat the brandy up along with the cream so the alcohol evaporates but the taste would stay? Or would the cream separate or something? :) And also, I'm from Germany, so we don't have christmas puddings, does someone have an idea for a substitute? :)

Do the have to be stored in a fridge or can you keep them at room temparature? I'm asking, because I would like to make them for my relatives in france. And the easiest way would be to make them at home and take them with me on my travel.
