big time fan, first time commenting does anyone translate these recipes into American-style measurements? I do have a food scale but I'm fearful it would take forever to weigh everything instead of just scooping stuff out, and with a toddler pulling on my leg, I rarely have time for anything but FAST (These granola recipes look fairly fast and really delicious I just dream of the day I'll have time to bake again and try your cake recipes)

I just made this, I didn't have any honey so i used the same amount golden syrup instead and it worked really well. I also added some raisins in there which was a bad idea as they burn and crisp in the oven( maybe adding them in after they have been in the oven for some sweetness. I am definitely never buying granola again because this was amazing.

Honestly, when I make home made granola (almost every week, I just dump some oats and nuts in a bowl, stir some coconut oil and agave syrup through it and throw it in the oven for ten minutes: P But these recipes I will definitely try out because they look delicious

Great recipe ideas. I can't leave home without brekky either. I make loads of granola over the weekend and store them in jars. Thanks for letting us see your none baking side. I will so love to meet you in real life - at a food shop in London perhaps.

Making granola at home is so much better than the store bought stuff, I can't wait to try these recipes but 10 portions? I would never be able to get 10 portions out of that, it looks like it is way less, or I just eat a lot but I don't think so.

Hi, Jemma I've baked a lot using your recipes, and everything turned out great. Is there any chance, that you can show us how to bake devil's food cake? I really want to try it, and you are the only one I trust.

Hi Jemma Loved these granola recipes I'll be trying them out soon. :)Is there a specific reason behind baking the first recipe so long and slow? Granola recipes I've come across usually recommend 30-40 minutes.
