To see just how low June can go. We give to you: -15 Budget Eats! Senior food producer, June, is challenged with making as many dinners for two people (her and Aaron, duh) as she can with a -15 budget while living in New York City Marguerite: I've read that you should salt your beans towards the end of the cooking process. Beans quickly absorb salt when cooking and you end up having to use more to make it taste salted.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up a minute, my world was just shaken! Chicken hearts are not appreciated as -normal food-? :O I LOVE them! Chicken hearts and gizzards especially are just YUM! Add these parts of chicken to soup, top your grains or potatoes with them, eat them just as is with a salad on the side and much more. They are basically like chicken meat, only -gummier- on the texture. Give these chicken parts some respect, they are yummy too! :)

If anyone does these potatoes, if you cut too far, you can always use a toothpick to hold things together while it cooks. Just remember to take it out before eating!

More wonders from June in her amazing kitchen. Cauliflower leaves can be eaten? Who knew? Loving the russet potatoes too. June: WE LOVE YOUR ORIGINALITY AND FLAIR! Bravo!

I don't know why I always watch this kind of videos late at night, and even though I don't eat a lot of veggies, I get hungry and want to try whatever June cooked.

Legitimately wondering if Aaron has a disorder where his tastebuds don't process mellow flavors because the amount of spice he requires on the daily is shocking!

I love the -weird- food! I recently purchased some chicken feet to make a collagen broth because you inspired me to try something new. Thank you!

The eggplant/meat ball burgers looked very good. I also think the nachos were great. You are an artist in the kitchen, June. Good job, I'll give you 9. 9.

New camera does seem to have better resolution. Everything is yummier that way.
-Dude, Aaron, we've seen your face before, and we already like it.

I enjoyed this -normal- episode. But I want authentic adventurous June. No more -normal- please. Don-t limit this inspiration!
