Been a Sam the Cooking Guy fan since Discovery (though I remember seeing some on other TV while growing up in SD too. I think, some passion may have been lost, or a retirement is incoming. Can't say as I would blame him. Whatever BS went on with the Little Italy closures. his wife's health battle, and everything else going on. I'd miss these shows, but I think he's done about all you can do at this point. I really sense some burnout and pull back. Sam, if this even gets seen, know that you would be supported in whatever choice you choose.

I have always used yellow onions for the flavor. However I ran into a very long streak of really bad bitter yellow onions. It did not matter where I bought them. Different stores didn't matter. I thought it was me, but why wouldn't white or red onions do the same. I think they were just all from bad soil being sold to the same supply chain. Crop after crop of bad soil.

Im sorry I couldnt make it on short notice, but I'm glad you found a Tyler to participate. Food and parties are always better when a Tyler is in the mix. There was a burger spot in a near by town that did a spicy szechuan burger with peanut butter. aka spicy peanut sauce. Thanks for the invite, great show.

Sam
We have made tons of your suggestions.
They all for the most part turn out wonderful.
The only difference is
WE FULLY COOK OUR FOOD!
Completely done, no pink and absolutely NO FREAKING RED!
But you do you and we will fully cook our food. Thank you for the great suggestions.

Duke's mayo mix on the top bun, add Mount Olive smoky bread & butter pickle chips, crispy bacon, and cook the burger to between medium and medium-well, masterpiece. This obviously looks amazing and I'm sure I'd enjoy it--just commenting on how I'd order it to my preference; -)

Ok, so down to 2 per week. that's fine. But, as others have commented, please put an actual description in the title instead of generic words that mean nothing when we are trying to find a specific video weeks later. Thanks.

Ingredient: Trader Joe's Coconut Amino Season ing (liquid; akin to soy sauce. Delicious with balsamic for fresh homemade salad dressing. Or anything that calls for a soy sauce or w'orster sauce component. Under $2. 00!

In a suburb of Kansas City, there is a place that has a burger called the PB&E. Brioche bun, burger, carolina reaper cheese, sriracha, peanut butter, and a fried egg. It's fantastic.

I still would have Sliced the Burger in half.
As You get older it is the Best Way.
Starting from a Corner and Finishing, Then having a Second one is next to Haven.

You make the best burger again and again and again. You need a new click bait heading. Like, this is the best porn burger I have ever made, etc. Plus, with appropriate props.

Why do you always have to put nasty spread on there Can’t you just make a regular burger mayonnaise you know like that pickles you always have to put gross shit on there.

I am so happy this was not another smash burger! I'm so sick of smash burgers, they have been so overdone it is time for them to die and bring back the proper burger.
reply

Thanks for walking back the clickbait titles a bit. Title needs to say what the food is or it isnt searchable when people are in the kitchen trying to look for ideas

The begining of the video where meat grinder does not work is basicly what happens when I try to cook. Only problem is that I never fix things and continue. I fall apart

I usually don't even mind the title of a video, i watch them all, but the use of the 'best burger ever' is getting out of hand of how many videos they titled this way.
reply

My god, people. just get over it already. this is how marketing works. Just make any of his best of whatever recipes that look good to you and decide for yourself.

Shouldn't have salted the meat in the burger until it was about to be cooked. Salt will break down the fibers and make the consistency more chewy and sausage like
reply

Really not liking that you don’t have what you’re making in the caption or picture anymore. We haven’t been watching since the change for this reason

Comes with 2 dies. One course one fine. Try to use them both then you get what happened. Think it has probably happened to everyone at least once

Marked safe once again from a smoked salmon pizza video. Sam and crew would rather make the best burger ever for the 200th time than do a nasty ass pizza.
