Master Chef John Zhang demonstrates the Chinese knife skills of cutting zucchini squash. Recipe holohulolo: I was watching another video when he fillet the fish with the same cleaver the bone looks pretty clean, but I wonder if it really has the same result as a proffesional western chef like gordon using those bendy fillet knife.
Back when gordon was going around learning how to prepare other cuisines he's not an expert at, I wish he had visited this chef for chinese cuisines.

Who translated the ingredients. that chili bean paste. Pi Xian. Xian already means county and u translated it as Pi Xian County. like Pi county county.
