Make Stuffed jalape-os with meat, salsa and cheese. These stuffed jalapenos are a great hot appetizer or main dish. New videos every Thursday! mattbratt250: I make mine with ground breakfast sausage, cream cheese, shredded yellow cheese and a slice of bacon. Then I cook them on the grill on a aluminum lined baking sheet. The wood really added a nice smoky flavor that complemented really nicely. I precook my sausage though so I can't strain all the fat. But if you don't like jalapenos I would recommend using poblanos and switchi

Those jalapenis looked good. I used to do it the boring way and use creamed or nacho cheese for fill then bacon wrapped on each half cooked in oven. What about using Chorizo, should I cook it first then drain grease or stuff jalapenis with uncooked chorizo like you did with lean pork?

You have nice big peppers. No double entendre-I just wanted to say that when they are that big, I use a melon baller to clean them. For my wife. Who loves poppers but doesn't enjoy a flaming butt. She probably would rather I didn't talk about that. Thanks for the recipe!

Hilah that looks delicious. I make mine with smaller jalepenos and fill them with cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Wrap them in bacon and pop them in the over until crispy. Fantastic! (Do NOT eat right before bedtime or your next day will be rough)

-Wash you hands with lots of soap to get those oils off of there, so that you don't accidentally touch your eyes. or your butthole with pepper fingers. That hurts guys. and girls. -
HILAH IS THE BEST.

I recomend, for our botholes to watch your hands, and put some lemon juice whilr doing it, it takes any atoma and flavour away, then rince again with water and soup, love from mexico,

Hilahhhhh. You can also fry up a little bit of that stuffing in a pan to check for seasoning. I learned that trick a while back and use it for hamburgers, too. Always good to check.

These look like dinner! I've got to give it a try. Adding big-ass jallopeenoes to the grocery list. I bet quinoa would work as the filler, too.
