2: 35 That was my exact method when I worked at a pizza store called Rascal House years ago. I made their dough, and I used a scale to measure each dough ball.
Breadsticks = 0. 58 lbs.
Medium Pizzas = 1. 00 lbs.
Large Pizzas = 1. 64 lbs.
Belly Busters = 2. 00 lbs.
The measurements can be slightly off, just like what you mentioned in this video, Emma.

Emma, it is good to see you back. Please pace yourself. It’s been almost 2 decades since my mom passed away, and I still miss her every day, but now the memories are happy. Do what you can, and don’t feel obligated, or guilty by the rest. We’ll be here.
P. s. your focaccia is on constant rotation at my house.

The dough feels like the savory cousin of brioche. It looks really good, I'm definitely gonna try this. There's so many italian dishes that are so underappreciated (by non italians. Pizza and Pasta is great, but italian cuisine is so rich, I love getting the inside scoop on so many lesser known dishes

Wonderful recipe! So simple. I can’t wait to try it!
I have a silly question. Can anyone tell me why people say bread rolls vs. rolls That’s always mystified me. Obviously there are other types of rolls, but we don’t say bread loafs and there are other types of loafs. Just curious.

These look incredible! Thanks for making this video and I can't wait to try them. I was wondering though, if you put it in an airtight bag, do you leave it in the fridge or on the countertop I'd love to make a whole wheat version that I can use for the week for my breakfast

I made these yesterday, and they tasted really good. I added the sugar with the yeast and milk. They were fluffy and nice. I made sliders with them. Would make again. Thanks, Emma!

I can't explain it, but the way you explain things is literally made for videos and instructional assistance. Thank you so much. I hope I get around to making these one day.
