You've done it again! I made these today and added toasted chopped pecans. I used a 2 tsp scoop, chilled them for 15 minutes and baked them for 12 minutes due to the increase in size from the ones in your video. The batter made 21 beautiful cookies that did not spread at all. I was able to give them a gentle pat to flatten them just a bit. They are not hard but crispy on the oustide and ooooey goooooey on the inside! These are part of a chocolate chip cookie basket I making for a friend's birthday. I know he is going to love them! Thank you, yet again, Emma for a great recipe and sweet and humorous tutorial. ---

Hi Emma your recipes are really delicious and beautiful just like you! I did make the lemon cookies and they turned out really super delicious! But for the classic chocolate chips cookie and this recipe of this video I really confused by the amount of chocolate chips in the cookies batter so please can you tell me how many chocolate chips in grams did you use in this recipe and the other classic one? ---Thank you soooo much

I-m about to make these! wish me luck! --edit: this is the second time i have made these, they are delicious! 100% recommend, new favourite recipe--edit 2: Since trying these I have never made another recipe of cookies! I always share them with my friends and I have probably given the recipe to over 15 people! I can-t stress enough about how amazing these are

Hello Emma, I-ve been making all your delicious cookies and I love them! They-re absolutely delicious. I only have a problem, my husband bought me a new oven and it is a fan oven. I-ve heard there are some issues when baking on fan oven. What kind of oven do you use? Any suggestions about temp and time for fan oven?

These cookies are soooo good! I made them today and they tasted heavenly! But my only issue is that these cookies turned out cakey (brownie like) more than chewy. But the taste was awesome so no complaints -. Thanks for the recipe!
