I love you show mistakes, like the water running off the board! That happened to me and I felt so dumb. Seeing that happen to you made me feel better! I know it sounds silly, but thank you for showing that. And, using a fork! I’m not buying fancy stuff when a fork works. You cook like real people, like me. I don’t care if it’s perfect, I want it delicious.

My precious momma used to make pierogi all the time. The one she made the most was mashed potato, caramelized onion and cheese. She boiled them and then she would saute them in margarine in a skillet. They were amazing! I've never been able to make them like her's. I just love watching you cook.

Angelica you always amaze me! I did not know how easy it was to prwpare gnocchi! I love eating it with different sauces. You made it look easy. Yes to content of cooking for two. Mu husband and I are empty nesters and sometimes i run out of ideas on what to cook.

With all that work, why not add cheese
My Mom used to make them with cheez whiz, or any cheese, havarti is great. I would have just heated th pan with onions, add the butter, and put perogies right in pan. You could fry thrm or just toss in pan instead of plate.

I'd like to see with cabbage! I have made your recent cabbage recipes and they were so tasty! I like that you tell us to use what we like or what we have on hand! My sister goes rogue in the kitchen than cannot remember how she made some amazing dishes, lol.

My Polish Grandma made the best pierogies! Mine will never be as good as hers. She had no recipe to give me so I've always winged it, and they can be a little tough sometimes, agh! I'll try your version. Thanks for bringing back great memories.

Looks delicious! More small batch pleaseeither for 1 or 2. I cook for me and my 87 year old mom and I struggle keeping things small! We do eat leftovers but sometimes I’m still forced to freeze some because I went too big with the meal.

I love your show. And you are a fantastic teacher. My husband eats small portions and no left over. What a challenge for me. Small batches is what I'm looking for. Thank you. Keep on cooking, you are great.

Potato pancakes would be another delish recipe with the flour and Potato mix to make served with sour cream and chives or put the chives in the Potato and flour mixture and serve with the sour cream.
