For your chocolate chip cookies I was wondering if you could freeze the cookie dough for more than a day and I was wondering what 180 degrees Celsius is in Fahrenheit? Also what do you prefer to store those in? It will Be huge help if you answer this! Love youuu! Plus the macrons look yummmmm!

Tried them out. They turned out well (looks and taste. I just need a macaron template to help with consistent sizing when piping. Some turned out hollow, I think I might have over beaten the meringue. Will take note of these next time but I'm proud of my attempt. Cheers.

Emma can you tell me why sometimes they don-t get the -feet-? I-ve made them a few times and some times they come out perfect but others they cracked on top without raising with feet. Please tell me if I am over or under mixing for that problem to happen?

These really turned out perfectly. - I was just wondering, if I ran out of cream of tartar can I use lemon juice instead (or just beat the egg whites as they are) and is powdered food colouring instead of gel colour fine?
