Any time I try to look up any health benefits to apple cider vinegar the sources just link me back to the bragg's website. So yeah, I don't think it has much to it. The huge corporation (bordering on a monopoly in some areas) which sells the stuff under an alternative health mom and pop costume isn't really a source of information, they have a vested interest to push a certain idea. Also it just seems odd that people only ever make these claims about apple cider vinegar specifically, when the acetobacter which the claims are about, is the same bacteria used to make all vinegar. If it was about the acetobacter and not the money wouldn't people be promoting all kinds of vinegar and not just the one this particular company has so much of a stake in?

I need a Vinegar Expert! Help! My bottle of ACV is contracting. Its a gallon plastic jug of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. Its about half full and approximately 6 months ago I had Mother left from other Vinegar that I put on the jug with the Braggs ACV. I havent touched it since. Today I went to use it and noticed the sides sunken in. I didnt even bother to open it, instead I went looking for a Vinegar Expert. Please HELP!

Wow, even the cheap balsamic is way more expensive that I've ever seen a bottle go for. Usually its around 12US for a 1L bottle, which is only like 0. 35/oz. The cheap one here was over 10x the price. That would be well over 100 for a bottle, which is insane to me.

I was fortunate enough to receive a bottle of very high end balsamic vinegar as a gift. It was one of the best things I have ever tasted. So uniquely different from your average balsamic.
