My fave omelete is with chopped red onion, chopped green onion/leek, minced birdseye chili, and minced sausage lmao. Also salt and pepper.
But my wildest one had to be the one I mixed with mayonnaise. It adds fluffiness and I love it. Oh, and that one tamago with nori inbetween the layers. Yum.
