It's not everything. you leave the notion of cooking the pasta up in the air except to say al dente. It is also important to use the right amount of salt in your water. Then you want to make the sauce, in a saucepan to properly blend and melt, you do NOT want to just toss the ingredients onto the pasta after you remove it from the water. Then there is the debate about whether to rinse the pasta before you add the sauce or not.

Cheese vehicle. Reminds me of a time when I rode the school bus and the principal came and talked to our bus because the big kids on the back of the bus were cussing and it pissed off the bus driver and this kid named Cody asked the principal if he could call the bus the cheesemobile because the bus is yellow and the principal got irritated and decided to ride the bus and sit with Cody.

For the non-dairy sauce, try a nice smooth non dairy milk, heat it up, and add some of the better vegan cheeses, stir a lot until they melt, and then reduce the sauce on low until its the consistency you like. The vegan cheeses are a lot better than they used to be. I use daiya Cheddar shreds, and they turn out pretty well. About a cup and a half of milk to one bag of shreds works well

Frank saying that he isnt a fan of the word noodle for pasta has made my day
As a Scot, I get insane rage at North Americans saying noodles when theyre talking about pasta.
THE FRANK LOVE INCREASES!

Emily is girl after my heart. LOVE ketchup with mac/cheese. I married my first husband because he said that he ate his mac/cheese with ketchup too, but when I found out he lied. Had to divorce him. LOL
