4 Levels of Roast Pork: Amateur to Food Scientist Epicurious Jovs: Just to clear things up, Lorenzo's rice is the way to go if you only have gas stove/traditional clay/cement stove and a pot especially made for cooking rice! (even especially during black-outs) Just bring it to a boil, then simmer until cooked! No stirring in betweens! Just let it be, we're looking for a fluffy rice not starchy and wet one.
Of course the fastest way is the famous electric (and now wifi enabled) rice cookers haha

Where s the roast potatoes, what s with the beetroot sauce as it looks like the pork has bled out
I understand the mash potatoes, with Lorenzo I understand the pork belly with rice from his background
No one took the fat of and made crackling by taking the fat off
No one put the pork in a sous vide and then roasted it, has the level 3 chef level gone down since frank not being here

Epicurious. I really do love the diversification of the level 4 chefs. I am learning a lot about ingredients I ve always questioned and didn t quite have the courage to try. But now that I see different things happening. I tried at home and my family loves it. Thank you.

roast pork is traditional Christmas good in Denmark, I almost wanna try to follow one of those recipes for Christmas next year, just to see the family reaction when there have use others spices than salt,

The Level 2 chefs make this series. They're not just great cooks but they all have such likeable personalities. Lorenzo, in particular, just seems like he'd be an awesome guy to hangout with.

Why does nobody ever criticise that these are not 4 levels of anything but only 3 levels and one food scientist commenting the levels? It annoys me so much every time.

First of all, LORENZO!
Second of all, as a microbiologist and medical lab scientist, I love that Rose mentioned Trichinella spiralis. Cook your meats well people!

Level 3 chef looks quite disappointed during the most of the entire process, I wonder if some flashbacks are unintentionally coming during the cooking. Lmao

The pork that lorenzo made is actually similar to what they serve in chinese chicken rice shops in Malaysia. Its known as Suyuk or just roast pork here
