I was Vegan but with my diabetes it was just too many carbohydrates for me. I have to keep it below 20 grams to not be on insulin. Kept gaining weight also. I felt great though. My digestive system loved it. I suppose if I was younger and healthier. Now doing Keto with intermittent fasting until Diabetes gets reversed ( already off 3 meds including insulin); then I may revert to Vegan with intermittent fasting

Those banana fritters look amazing! Your a favorite chef of mine but my family went vegan a year ago and are not looking back, so it's awesome to be able to get a few new recipes from you.

Something he does wrong is destroying the banana, second is put flour and finally fried in letal oil. Don't believe.

And to be fair he hates on anyone he wants, I've seen him rage at non vegans before too.
