Gosh, how wonderful it would be to have this life Absolutely amazing the things he gets to experience. I have nothing but mad respect for him. He had a troubled childhood that included drinking, abuse, and a brother in prison. He has truly been blessed.

Got to respect Ramsey, not only a great chef, but also is not afraid of diving, fishing, noodling or hunting for the food. Outside if Asia, most chefs would be terrified to see the food alive and not pre processed.

This video was great. except for that backward roll entry. Your feet are never supposed to go over your head during an entry as its dangerous and completely impractical.
