Gordon showcases some unique recipes and methods of cooking with five of our favorite fish recipes from the archive. We hope you enjoy Simon Grönlund: I wonder where the exact recipes are? Exactly how much of this and that? Sure, you can watch the clips and guess + experiment, but would it not be nicer with a real recipe? I also think it would be great with recipes to spell out exactly what the main meat is. I have now spent quite some time to figure out what leather sole is. I know sole fish. delicious, but what is this particular species? In latin for example, which would make it super-simple to find out what it is in your native tongue. I hope to be able to mimic at least a few of the dishes from this compilation. I would likely be the hero of the month in my family: -D

This compilation is definitely not the best video quality. Most of the video is blurry, ranging from little blurry to quite a lot. It was published 2018 so it should not suffer from such technicalities, should it? On the up-side, I love fish. A lot. However, it would be great to have alternative species for the fisk. Sure, red mullet is not hard to find in some countries but the opposite in others; what would be a good alternative?

So I just cooked my first steak ever, and Ive got to say, these instructions worked perfectly My steak turned out better than any Ive ever had at a restaurant, hands down. After I removed the steak, I turned the heat down and sauteed some sweet onion and it made an excellent complimentary garnish.

That salt-baking one is all sorts of weird--totally new to me. But he didnt explain how you could get your whole fish out of there. Do you not eat the skin? I would think it would be extremely salty. But that meat--wow, it looks succulent and moist. Yum

5: 45 AND NOW, for the penis and chile? It really helps to grind the penis up? This penis sauce is going to Coat the fish. LMAO Sorry Gordon, I know you are saying peanuts but with that accent all I hear is the other word. Great recipes

Place into an oven for 20 minutesWhat temperature? Fan forced, grill? Those familiar with chips will probably just assume 180-200 ish bake, but if youre trying to encourage people who dont cook often to cook.

He doesnt say the oven temp when putting the chips in the oven. he doesnt say if its medium heat, high, or low heat when doing the fish in the pan. For someone who doesnt cook, this is much needed information WTF

I made the red mullet with sweet chilli sauce using a different kind of fish and it still turned out fantastic. Everyone in the family loved it, even those who are not big fans of peanuts.
