It's Ramsay Redemption time and this week Monti is redeeming a school lunch that Gordon Ramsay burned on Twitter How will the this Southern Spin turn out? CursedXistence: Great premise for a series, host completely ruins it, should get a free t-shirt saying you survived until the end of a video she's in. So it went from baby shit and she took it to semi-formed dog shit, you could build houses with that gravy. Master Chef Contestant, more like Master Chef reject from the looks of this. Come on now, we all know Gordon wouldn't serve that.

1) this girl is phony, obnoxious, annoying and tries way too hard to try to come off as hip or cool. GET RID OF HER 2) in every cookbook I've ever seen that's NOT buttermilk that's sour milk. While it's a good substitute they're really not the same taste wise. 3 ) Would love to see this twit make a meal from start to finish WITHOUT touching or using an auxiliary appliance IE blender, food processor, kitchen aid etc 4 ) she's very wasteful with food like not scraping bowls or here leaving the rest of the dough instead of making more biscuits. 5) her gravy looks too thick. Looks more like mortar than gravy Which BTW should FLOW NOT sit in a stiff lump on the plate

While I appreciate the topic being recognized - I don't see how a Home cooked meal redemption - remotely compares to what happens to food in a public school kitchen. Anyone who's ever worked in an institutional style kitchen, knows there's no comparison. PLEASE ENGAGE AMERICAN PUBLIC SCHOOL KITCHENS YOUR MASTER CHEF JR. 'S CAN HELP

Monti, you are getting more comfortable. This is your best video yet. However, in the southern U. S. we have thinner gravy and we don't make a sandwich. We eat the biscuit top and bottom smothered in a thinner gravy. now, I'm headed to my kitchen because we sometimes eat them for lunch or dinner. supper in the South.

I'm in the US but went to a tiny school. The lunch ladies made everything themselves and our home ec class helped make lunches sometimes. I feel bad for city kids. These school lunches they're getting are pure crap in comparison. So is the quality of education. It's a shame.

This is such a trainwreck. Literally, like, it's so horrible but you just can't look away. From her 60's librarian grandma glasses I don't even think are prescription, to her saying bae and naming herself monte carlo this is all just a massive, massive cringefest.

Raw meat on a wooden cutting board. bad idea. Use a dishwasher safe cutting board, because wood is pourus and hold things like bacteria. Oh and cross contaimination now putting cooked biscuits on a cutting borad that had raw meat on it. .food poisioning.

That picture is what biscuits and gravy is supposed to look like. Its not a fancy dish. The point of it is to be a cheap meal that tastes good and is very filling. Its not going to look nice no matter what you do.

Why does she have to be so condescending and annoying? I just want to put on a hazmat suit and kick her in the crotch. I'm pretty sure they built that window just so someone could throw her out of it.
