Nice, f$$#in beautiful to be fair, but as a not even close to gordon ramsey I like green peppercorns and to side it with a rich fettuccine carbonara (so long as I lake the fettuccine myself so it's super fat) and lightly dressed garden salad. If the sauces mingle who cares! they create an amazing blend that has me stacking pasta on salad on steak bite after bite. But my palates tainted with 30 years of smoking and the textures blend might be garbage to the knowledgable. it might be pure crap HAHAHA XD

The stake is raw in the middle, which is such a rookie mistake from a chef. Fry the stake in the pan, add the butter and the herb to the end, dont add the garlic so early because you will burn it, add it once the meat has a nice crust over it. Base the stake for a bit and then send it on the oven for 4 min, to something like 150-160 min. You will have it perfectly done in the middle, not raw not overcooked.
Gordam is so bad at cooking LOL

I'm not a chef/food enthusiast. I have watched many episodes of the differently themed programs that feature Gordon Ramsay and they are consistently entertaining, however, it is presentations like this that make the greater impression on me. His remarkable focus, coordination, and passion are a joy to watch.
Well done (the video that is, not the steak.

Never tried skirt steak. Always afraid of overcooking it. I thought the steak would be overdone, by the amount of time he let the steak rest in the pan. There was so much residual heat in that pan. Loved the sauce. I've heard that the best fries are twice cooked. I guess I've got to get a deep fryer now. Lol. A recipe to remember.

This looks absolutely stunning and mostly very delicious Gordon! Sadly for myself, due to financial reasons,
I will have to content myself with a cheap ramen's cup, emulating in my thought about the taste of this delicious meal you've showed us.
Thanks for all the tips anyway! One day I will try those for sure.

Wow, looks pretty easy to make but chef Ramsay is so talented, he makes making Beef Wellington Easy!
Salivating again, but I’m going to try making it since I have almost everything but the Rosemary and potatoes and that special cutter.

Rested beautifully = pool of blood and purge on the board! What a hack. You definitely want to rinse your potatoes with this application otherwise you will end up with the clumpy mess this hack ended up with! Who is this guy anyway

Sorry mate, followed you forever and cooked heaps of your recipies.
I can't listen to literally any more. It's an invasive pest across my world.
FFS
I'll check in occasionally and be back if you knock it off.
Thanks

Wow, what I would give to be served a meal by you Oh maybe your signature dish beef Wellington, never had it, but I'm sure it would be so wonderful I wish I could go to one of your restaurants and get to taste meal, yum yum yum

I'd like to know how that garlic, that was cooking as long as the steak, didn't burn and ruin the flavor of the steak. Otherwise, Chef is always a joy to watch - but especially when he is teaching US all something.

Ya. thanks Mr. Ramsay for showing us your perfekt handling of the mastery of cocking. I think we normal people will NEVER recreate this dish. Just because your cocking handle, it perfekt, godlike to watch!

I don’t understand why Ramsey is so trusted. Putting oil on then salt is NOT marinating. You salt first, let it sit for a while, then oil. Oil prevents salt from penetrating the meat.

God that looks so good. This feels like the kind of content where if it was anyone else, coming from anywhere else, you'd have to pay for it. But Gordon is just classy like that

I never had even one hr of training in a kitchen. next time chef ramsey is on long island ny he can give me z few pointers. ps i am 3 min from the seascape resturaunt
reply

gordon ramsay did you just make steak au poivre with a skirt steak Because that's what this recipe sounds like. Simply a less posh/more cost efficient steak au poivre.
reply

Reminds me of a steak diane! I would take out the peppercorns at the end, it looks delicious however! I am getting somewhat better at cooking watching the videos

I like that he and it and of the done and is of the and it wasn't but you can and if no one can and no one because of they and far no core let niaghte.

Gordon really need some practice with cheese slicer so he want waste half the potato digging in the middle.
That pepper sauce looks really tasty. Yum

reply

Everytime he says literally, i'm like: sorry Gordon, i'm always having trouble deciding whether i should literally or figuratively fry the damn potatoes.
reply
