Haaah, I never even considered using brown cheese on omelette before, heck even using it while cooking food like this.
This opens up so many new opportunities for new taste tests.
Also as a proud Norwegian, I'm glad you actually used our cheese slicer. But let's be real here, the brown cheese is so porous when cutting that you need the proper tool for the job.
Also please help spread word of the delicious meat that raindeer truly is, so full of even Omega-3, and a slow cooked raindeer tenderloin with a mushroom and cream sauce made with the drippings from when you first brown the meat. delicious, and I can feel the water filling my mouth right now just from the thought of it.
