You forgot to SALT the pan, knife, bowl, spoons & your mouth and fingers. Haha
I get that food needs to be season properly. You have a salt serious problem (OCD) too much salt & guess what it reflects in your dishes have you taste your dishes in Altantic City New Jersey before the pandemic salty salty salty. dont for get in London too where I have eaten before, I was told that how it is served. SMH

I remember when myself and the missus were totally broke and hungry trying to exist in London. We used to look at Gordon's videos knowing payday was only 3 days away and how nice it would be to eat something absolutely gorgeous rather than ramen noodles. Dem were dark days.

That first recipe the steak looked raw. I love medium rare, that wasn't it.
And Lancashire cheese, yeah just sprinkle that 14/pound cheese on corn.
