Hey Gordon! You most likely wont see this comment but, you have inspired me to become a chef when I'm older! You're cooking skills are great and I bet you're food is amazing! I haven't been able to try it and I most likely wont but oh well, I hope whoever does get to try you're food enjoys it! I hope you do see this eventually, but who knows.
Sincerely, Mystical.

IMO he should be using NON METALLIC pans
and added the powdered spices AFTER heating the onions garlic peppers
i eat for NUTRITION first
FLAVOR second
actually i would have just made the curry RAW
in a PROCESSOR
spices are MEDICINAL
NEVER EVER use ALUMINUM near food

Like an ingredient for a perfect recipe, it would be only ideal to create this dish standing over a hot grill in 100 deg. F. temps. next to a beach in the place known of its spices. of course hot spices on a hot summer day is perfect.

I love his every recipe. The way he describes the dish and every ingredients, I just love it. I followed his spaghetti meat Bolognese recipe, and it turned out very tasty. Even I got proud of my cooking skill.

The pumpkins look burnt. Secondly he didn't remove the skin. I don't know where he got the idea but I've never seen grilled pumpkins being served with pumpkin curry in India that too with skin on.

There's a dish which uses Taro leaves and gram flour. It's in season these days! Try it. I think it has potential to be better than chips if marketing is done right.

A teaspoon of tumeric beautifully done. As an American when I put my spice and ingredients in I say that's awesome! after every one and thoughout the cooking process.
