Ok that's a rap were done how long is it 1: 08 yup that's it cause no control when it comes to banana cake and I'm already just ready to eat all of that like nothing else needs to be done. Omg ok I'm gonna be honest I've always liked you and been omg that's so cool and I like to try making that. Be like this is it. This is the cake I would devour with no apologies.

woow. It is like a cake inspired by a Ghanaian home. Ghanaians love1) Condensed milk toffee. I even ate some today. 2) Bananas which are a staple in every ghanaian home3) Plantain. The love for this is deep here. Ghanaian organic plantain is soo sugary and yummy wether salted and fried or grilled or best of all super spiced and fried called Kelewele.

I find it very interesting that you call cooked condesed milk toffee. Here in Brazil, this is called Doce de leite (Dulce de leche) and we make it cooking a can of condesed milk on a pressure cooker (quicker than to boil it up. Brazilians LOVE condensed milk, we are made of it, practically.

Anyone else notice the toffee tails had fallen by the end of the video? Just wondering if anyone noticed. Cake looked amazing though fantastic effort I couldnt imagine how long it took to bake all that!

If I was ever going to recreate a cake, this one would be it! Banoffee is one of my favourite desserts. I might simplify and just do a single layer with the bruleed bananas and dulce de leche on top.
