I feel so bad you've never been to a carnival. In Pennsylvania we have them all summer and fall long. next year give me a call in August and come to Pennsylvania I'll be glad to host you and even go on all the scary rides with you LOL. It would definitely be my pleasure as well as a great honor. And on a footnote LOL the cake you made was completely amazing and true to a carnivals idea.

Hi Yolanda! I have trouble applying the second layer of buttercream on my cakes after the crumb coat is added. any ideas why? I end up having the second layer clumping up and not being as smooth as yours! I make your recipe of IMBC and make sure to chill it for enough time before applying the second layer but the same thing happened. Has anyone else ever had this issue too? Thanks!

0: 58 OMG RO! that's soooo ME! I always take every thing off the shelves to grab the very last piece of any product I'm gonna buy! I don't know why but I just do it! It kind of makes me feel like ppl damage the first things put on shelves but the last ones tend to keep untouched untampered with! Is that even a thing! Lol

LMBO. I thought I was the only one that did that. I always have to take the next one. even trying on clothes. I'll try them on and if I like it and about to purchase the clothes. I'll get a whole new ones. But I ain't crazy. Lol
