Wonderful Cake! And so delicious, I'm sure. Thanks for celebrating your mum's Caribbean heritage with us. You are so blessed to have her with you. So sad I am so far away and there is no bakery here in Scotland to proclaim Happy Yoyo Day! But, I am here doing it in the comfort of my own conservatory, having a nice cup of tea. HAPPY YOYO DAY!

Your mom is so sweet (must be all the cake you bake) and beautiful. I loved to hear all about her culture from where she's from and the different flavors you added inspired by it. Moms are awesome. My mom made me banana and mayo sandwiches as a treat growing up cuz we're from the south.
