I thought it'd be more tasty if chicken is cooked in tomatoes juice & veg but can't question Jamie's cooking skills he is a true cooking superstar.
Love the mozzarella stuffed potatoes too.

Every Christmas my mother and I make a roasted chicken with a mixture of butter/thyme/smoked ham/lemon peel under the skin from one of Jamie's first books and it is always a big success. It would be fun to serve it with giant gnocchi next time!
