This pasta recipe by Gennaro really is the definition of quick Italian cooking. A simple pan fried sauce with garlic, chilli, tomatoes and capers tossed through flaked tuna and perfectly al dente bucatini pasta. Top with dressed rocket leaves and enjoy. This really is the perfect dinner - ready in minutes and full of flavour. For more great Italian recipes

fantastico! we just tried your tuna pasta and it was really great! thanks for sharing your recipe with us. for the next time we definetely need a lot more arugula, because the arugula on top of the hot noodles is an explosion of taste in my mouth! grazie mille signore!

i boiled fresh spaghetti, fresh spaghetti not boxed, however i used oil Bubble Bee tuna; i used the Tuna's oil, tossed in the spaghetti, tossed in the fish, added finely chopped pieces of green & red peppers, parsley & scallion, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper

That was DIVINE Gennaro! I just made this then minus the Anchovy only because I didn't have any and it was delicious! That dish is now on my list of summer favorites - fresh, clean and absolutely BELLISSIMO!

C'mon Man, you can't use Teflon in the first place, and a metal tool to stir in your Teflon pan. this deadly cooking. Besides that, your recipe sounds good, but using the right tools! Bunster chef said!

Anchovies, capers yuk! (well for my taste. Nothing but salt, salt and more salty taste. Like having a bucket full of salt. Yuk! (Again. BUT, I will try this recipe, missing those two ingredients; -)

Canned tuna? No way, should be piece of grilled tuna or salmon! Huge difference, believe me. and the guy is tooooo pretentious, just be a REAL ITALIAN not a clownish show-biz type
