The chef claims that the restaurant serves top-notch quality. But the presentation of the sushi alone is really bad. I have never since any sushi masters use the rice made in the cooker. Looking from service angel, one the of guest has to stand up so that the chef can prepare the next course. -This could be a place to try out something new, but for a -stellar- experience, I dont think so.

watching a -professional sushi chef- make sushi with rice straight out of a cooker just makes me feel sad, wheres the hankiri (wooden sushi rice bowl? i make nigiri and temaki on a weekly basis at home and got even i have two hankiri.

I find it interesting that she experiences both the dominant (eating) and submissive (being at on) sides of this practice. --Also note that women (including Kim) seem to be enjoying the eating part too.
