looks great and so do you. only thing I would change up is that nonstick spray, not a fan. sprayed some in a dish one day to taste and was a seriously nasty chemical flavor. so I brush or rub a little oil now. thankyou. nice looking meal and mostly diet friendly too

Nice recipe. Think I would've just done the hash in a cast iron pan instead, (frankly, the crisp on that hash didn't look too great to me) but I think I might have to give this a try too.
