This place and this person seem wonderful. The sandwich doesn't look great though -- bread isn't toasted, ingredients aren't fresh, uninteresting seasonings. Aren't allowed to criticize a restaurnate for its food?

Thats exactly my process for making sandwiches, I microwave the cold cut with the cheese. Another touch though is to toast each slice of bread on both sides with olive oil in a pan and then assemble the sandwich.

Absolutely awesome place to stop at. Used to always stop there when growing up after sports up that way. Play a weekend tournament and whole team including opponents would show up there.
