Karen Akunowiscz, chef/owner of Boston s Fox & the Knife and Bar Volpe, makes her version of osso buco, a classic braised Italian dish. Karen uses lamb shank for her osso buco and adds rose harissa in her braise for a unique flavor, and makes a rich saffron risotto and a bright herb gremolata spiked with ginger.
