MAKE-AHEAD VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS quick & easy to-go
video description
Pumpkin spice squash, or curry sweetpotato, or beetroot orange, or broccoli with apple and chestnuts or a little less sweet, roasted cauliflower and mushrooms. .. . those soups are warm, filling, you get your fluids. .. just a very comfy start into the day. I might experiment with legumes in there in the future, and I have no idea why, carrot cinnamon soup did not already make it into the line up? It totaly should be a thing.
Sometimes on weekends I prepare pancakes out of a plantain and coconut flour, but those contain gelatin and are best if prefried and reheated, only they do they settle right without the somewhat creamy core that is quite confusing and often acures in glutenfree pancakes.
If someone has other ideas for slightly sweet soups or in generell a warm and sweetish breakfast, that dose not consists of grains. .. do not be shy, even if it is not a hit in the bullseye for me, I totaly apriciate the inspiration

I'm doing my own 2 week diet challenge that is taking out dairy, animal products (except fish here and there, and unnatural sugars. I'm doing good so far and with your recipes, I think it should help! Thank you! If this 2 week challenge goes well, I'm going to extend it for another 2 weeks (without cheating a bite here and there lol. I've been all talk but I am finally taking action because I don't want to end up with any serious health issues.

I would recomand to add the granola bar to a yoghurt or something similar, or at least veggies instead of a fruit. It is already quite sugary. Adding protein and probably fat apears to work better for me, than ading sugar in form of fruit. In the bar itself you already have fat and protein, so it is not essential, but still, I prefere to not give the sugar the room to dominate.

With the coconut milk (low fat or not) and all the non-dairy milk, the banana, and all of the other miscellaneous items added to your oatmeal, how many calories are there in this breakfast? Looks good, but not if you're concerned with weight loss.

Its not good to eat cooked food after more than 3 hours. In Vedas, the food becomes tamsik (means poisonous the longer you keep it and not good for body) we should aim to eat as freshly cooked food as possible for most nutrition.

I wonder what I can substitute nuts with because I'm allergic to nuts according to the doctor. I have felt the reaction when I eat something with peanuts or peanut butter but I haven't tried almonds etc before
