Because I'm trying to lose weight and i would like to do them but i need to know the calories.

I so want to try these but I am often told that vinacre or lemon juice used as dressings (both of which I love) can destroy teeth enamel because of the acidity. I really wish I knew for certain if it's safe to use these like this, or if we should not have acidic food come in contact with the teeth for so long by chewing on it. Even the morning lemon juice I started drinking through a straw. If anyone knows the answer to this, please help.

As usual these all look so good! I love salads and used to work in a salad station (hotel cold kitchen) and we served those grilled romaine caesar salad, so good! I also used to work in an Old Spaghetti Factory in Canada! Couscous though is a type of pasta not grain but it is delicious & nutritious! If you have enough recipes to make another e-book, I'll buy one again! Loving the first one!

Just love love love your recipes. Question: Any chance you could do a video on vegan non-starch recipes? Tricky I know, and why I can't be a vegan. But any suggestions and especially ideas and recipes would be treasured as feeling rather limited, especially with treats.

You should talk about clean sources for food, potable water, carcinogens, etc. in our environment. Substitute foods for processed foods. I 'd love to see the dishes and know your take.

Salads should be the part of our main courses. First meal is a big plate of salad, instead a soup. I do not use oil, I think using ground nuts and seeds is much better.

Quick question, what could I use in place of tomatoes in the Couscous Salad? I'm allergic to tomatoes but that salad looks so good that I must make it! Thank you.

Oh I like this Video. And we make a Lentil pearlcouscous salad often too.
