Hi, I love this video and I really want to try this: ) but can I use heavy cream instead of butter milk and just skip the soda? Or maybe use some kind of soda substitute or add a bit more of baking powder?

Amazing amazing. Love eating this and its always a hit when I make it. Just wanted to know that how many days can this batter stay in the refrigerator and yield just as good results

Being of Irish decent Gemma I thought you wouldnt cave in and call Jam, Jelly. Im an Aussie and its Jam here. Jelly here in Australia is what the Americans call Jello.

What I like best about this is. it not only looks great, but it is a perfect way to make something special for cheap. Nice job ladies Thanks so much.

Jam is a preserve simply made of whole fruits cooked with sugar and set with pectin. Jelly is a type of jam that only uses fruit juice.
