e craving a traditional margherita flatbread, or something more elevated like apple and brie, here are four for any occasion.
Easy Margherita Flatbread

1 pre-made flatbread
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup cherry heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 375.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through. Spread sauce on top of flatbread, add cheese, tomatoes, basil, & a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2
Meat Lovers Flatbread

1 pre-made flatbread
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup turkey meatballs, cooked & cut in half
2 slices ham, diced
2 tablespoons bell pepper, diced
5 mushrooms, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven to 375.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through. Spread sauce on top of flatbread, add cheese, meat, & vegetables.
Bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Rainbow Veggie Flatbread

1 pre-made flatbread
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
6 broccoli tops, chopped
2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
2 tablespoons yellow peppers, diced
2 tablespoons orange peppers, diced
2 tablespoons cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
2 tablespoons blue potatoes, cooked & diced
Preheat oven to 375.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through. Spread cheese on top of the flatbread. Top with rows of the vegetables in rainbow order, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
Bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Apple & Brie Flatbread

1 pre-made flatbread
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup caramelized onions
1 apple, sliced thin
1/4 cup brie, sliced
4 sprigs thyme
Preheat oven to 375.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through. Drizzle honey on top of the flatbread and spread caramelized onions out evenly. Top with apples, brie, and thyme.
Bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese melts slightly and apples have softened. Remove from oven and serve warm.

peppury official i thought the rainbow veggie one was fruits when i saw the thumbnail. i think if it was a dessert made of fruits and creme it might taste better?

gskateri Not to criticize, but ur supposed to put the basil on as the last thing. Otherwise it dries out and has no flavor It also wont get wrinkled and ugly lol

samina khurram So do we need to first warm the breads then put stuff and oven? As I know some breads call naan and they r in frozen section reply
