after watching this video I have to say a couple things. The video is too long, you are talking to the multiple camera guys instead of us and you also seem to come across as being very important to your audience and that is why you need to have your camera guys filmed which is ridiculous. It is just a salmon burger after all and that is all we are interested in.

After watching this video, I would tell my friends I didn't like this video and don't bother to watch. The salmon burgers looked ok but I didn't like your attitude or language, nor do I like to see a cook liking his fingers, scratching his neck while cooking. Glad you washed your hands a few times but not when you needed to!

Holy shit. This is one hella of a salmon burger recipe. If u go to any coastal town in California u will get a version of this but either the salmon is just smoked and put inside whole as a sandwich and dull or no sauces. All the flavors here r pretty bold and the patty seemed to be flavorful.

I made these for lunch today and I was blown away by how incredibly delicious they were. I just happened to have everything on hand except for the sprouts. They were to die for! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
