The reality is the pork could just be sliced and served with mashed potatoes and some veggies etc for a proper dinner - but I gotta say theyre damn fine as little sliders. Damn fine

I think I now know what I'm doing with the pork tenderloin in my freezer! I'm sick of the same old grilled tenderloin with onions & mushrooms that I've made countless times. Thanks Sam! I'm thinking of using dijon mustard though. Do you think that will go well with the honey?

Tutorial on how to be like SamFirstly, say something along the lines of: Do not touch the meat with the spoon, well use the spoon later on. Secondly, don't give a damn about what you just said and proceed to do the exact opposite of what you just said.

Sam you messed up. You should have made a honey mustard mayo for the bread instead of adding them separately. Also, when are you going to do the Menudo video? I'm going to keep asking every video till you finally do it.

Looks great, I just made your crazy effing good chicken sandwich from October of 2016. It was awesome, only tweek, I put a couple of my homemade sweet pickles on it. I have yet to make a bad recipe of yours thank you.

For those that are concerned about Sam's comment about not touching the pork with the spoon. Notice that after touching the pork, the spoon does not go back into the bowl. That was the point Sam was trying to make.

I know you didn't contaminate anything. Also I for one like all my meat medium-rare /rare. Anymore than that it's dried out. Gotta have juices in the meat. Just not fond of pink chicken. Looked delicious anyway.

Around here, there is a cheeseburger with bacon, peanut butter and jalapeno. Seriously amazing. I guess PB and jalapeno is a thing in some places. I'd love to see your take on it.

Hey Sam, you should make a kitchen essentials video! Something where you explain what seasonings and other side ingredients you should anyways have on hand for making your recipes.
