Why, oh why, would anyone fold the tortilla in such a way as to end up with a multi-layer tortilla tumor in one area which is (literally) 10 layers thick? Go to a Mexican restaurant, one with real Mexicans who hate Trump, and watch how they do it. Just a small-ish fold on the edges before rolling, to keep everything in. And without the abysmal/barren tortilla desert in one section, as shown in the video.

Oh my God that is an Awesome Burrito! I am stranded in the Philippines, but I was born and grew up in Arcadia, California. On numerous occasions my best friend and I ditched our High School classes and drove down to Tijuana. As a result, we enjoyed many awesome Margaritas, tacos and Carne Asada Burritos. Your recipe reminds me of those, minus the potatoes, but I am willing to try that option.

YOU GO, SAM! Some of the best things that I've ever eaten have been inauthentic or modified somehow. Snotholes who think that theirs is the only way, all others be damned, are setting themselves up for narrow, adventure-free, pathetic lives. Remember what our god, Vince, the infomercial king once said: Stop having a boring tuna, stop having a boring life.

I made this last night for my 4 kids and their spouses. (They range from 30 - 39) I followed your recipe to a tee, (other than I had to use carne picada because we don't have flap steak in Va) and they turned out absolutely incredible! Thank you for this! Where do you get your tortillas? The biggest tortilla I could find was 12. Yours looks like it's 15.

Brother, I have been faithfully watching your videos for about 2 years and I came to the conclusion that you are one of the most creative cooks alive, I think I tried about 35% of your sandwich's. Your cuban sandwich was second to NONE. You are the sandwich KING, period. Keep em coming.

Theres a Mexican Mercado by me that sells pre-marinated carne asada and they put soy sauce in it. Theres also a Taqueria by me that only uses lime juice and salt to season their carne asada. Everyone has there own way of doing it. As long as it tastes good your golden.
