If you like McDonald's McRib sandwich you'll love this recipe for homemade McRib sliders - the best! Joseph: Question: why is it going in the 350 degree oven for 2. 5 hours this time, versus your usual 75 minutes? I feel like that's going to make them way overdone. I watched your other ribs videos to see what the methods had in common and they're pretty much the same except for the doubling in cook time here. is it because you are cooking two racks? Seems like that shouldn't make a difference because they're separate racks and also have the same thickness. Am I missing something here?

Wr actualy can't get thos kinds of ribs in Europe. I mean we can but it's very difficult, because most Eu countries use German cut of ribs, which is assencialy pork belly with few weirdly cut ribs. In order to get American cut of ribs we must go to special butchers who actually know what spare ribs or baby back ribs are, and it usually cists twice as much as the german cut.

Cabbage is classified as a superfood because of its massive amounts of vitamin and nutrients. It's excellent for the digestive system. And, when you make it into sauerkraut, it's considered the best probiotic above all others. Each type of cabbage has it's own unique benefits, with purple cabbage being the best, but all of them are excellent for you!

I'm just curious, wouldn't it be better to remove the bones after they've gone on the grill? The ribs wouldn't fall apart as easily, you get more flavor from the bones, and you can just as easily pull them off afterward. Is there any reason as to why you took out the bones before they hit the grill?

A message from Texas: Dear Sam, Cabage and Broccoli (along with cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts, collard greens, savoy, kohlrabi, and gai lan) are the same plant (Brassica oleracea) that was selectively bred for differing characteristics. Also Orange Carrots are Dutch.

Ike the show, however, I disagree on one point. Yes to real maple syrup and down with fake pancake syrup. Pancake syrup is nothing even close to maple syrup, its corn syrup, thick and nasty. Maple syrup is not thick and tastes good. Unlike pancake syrup.

A few critiques, 1) I'm pretty sure there's no mayo on the McRib2) Not nearly enough BBQ sauce my dude3) A vinegar slaw would have been a way better way to counter the sweetness than mayo broNow that that's been said, mail me a bite, lol

Ive seen you suggest 350 for 2. 5 hours as well as 75 mins. Which is better! 350 seems high for that long. I did some at 350 for 75 like you said in your most recent video and they were good but nottttt very tender.

Hey Sam love the videos but I have a request. Please start using the whole paper towel roll for wiping your mouth. It pisses my wife off when you do it and I love to see her get pissed off. Thanks for the videos

Yeah I tried doing the whole coleslaw thing myself. Half of it was amazing, but the other half was hard, crusty, and dry. I'll just stick to spending the money on store-made coleslaw. It's like 3
