I tried making this last week. it tasted absolutely glorious right after but went slightly solid in a few hours when I brought it to a party. How can I keep them soft and delicious for a longer time?

Made these and decided to roll them in garlic powder, parmesan, and thyme - delicious. The doughnut base is super flexible and will adapt and blend almost any combination perfectly.

That was my childhood's favorite. an old bakery in my neighborhood. I would usually get 2 sticks with the pocket money I had left from school. Hehe. :) I like the new favor sugars. Gonna try this out. :) thank u!

This looks a lot like Malasadas! Could you make a separate recipe for Hawaiian Donuts (Malasadas) please? taro, guava, cinnamon sugar, are common flavors so maybe do something else?

Just wondering, are these particularly difficult to stuff full of tasty jams and custards? Is the inside of them airy enough for that purpose?
