Hey guys, quick question on the recipe: could you give me an estimate of how much salmon you used per egg (in grams.
Your recipe states 2 salmon filets per 4 eggs. Unfortunately that isn't too clear.
Thanks in advance.

To easily peel any kind of boiled eggs, just crack it as much as you can by pressing it and see that cracks are all over. When you have got a lot of cracks you can just peel of the shell with one hand only!

I wonder, after you fried those food, how will you deal with the oil? I don't know how to do with them so I barely try to fry things, coz I think that is a waste of a lot of oil TT. help plz//

Is such a waste to use salmon as the outer coating. Salmon is expensive in asia country. Probably using pork or chicken would be a better choice.

Maybe u can change it up, take the egg out, so ur left with just the salmon part and the crumbs, then u get deep fried salmon meatballs!
